It's Friday!

I am super excited cuz I made it through 2 days of ethics class...which I thought would be boring but was actually quite informative and fun! So now it is the weekend and I get to have a bit of a rest from work...until Sunday anyways, when I'm on Sunday School at Eastlakes the corps that we go to!

But...I can't wait because next weekend I have a long weekend, and I am going to visit Cate in Melbourne! Yes...that is right...it is a ROAD TRIP. The 3 wonderful girls that I live with and I are off on a 10 hour drive adventure to the wonderful city of Melbourne! I can't wait to get a chance to see Catie and spend some time with her. I am really looking forward to it! We will leave on Friday at lunch and get there at 10:30 or 11:00pm so that should be really really fun and I can't wait. Then we have all Satuday to spend there and all of sunday and head back to the lovely town of Lake Munmorah on Monday morning. I am SOOOOOOOOOOO looking forward to it!

Falling Asleep

Okay...so just so you know...it was not Matt's blog I wanted you all to visit...it was the one that says Sir Matthew...
Kay so I kept falling asleep today. I don't really know what it was cause I was not at all tired. In fact I went to bed earlier last night than I have in ages. But we were watching a video in class and I was falling asleep. Then later in a discussion I kept falling asleep. But...then when I actually wasn't sleeping, I got yelled at to wake up! Go figure!

Now I'm just contemplating what I should do this evening. I don't really feel like just sitting around the school as we quite often do...so I'm thinking that I might take a walk or something. But we'll just see what happens! Welll...that was just an update of my boring day! I think tomorrow I have ethics class...so maybe I'll come up with something interesting to write about from that!

Update on the Life of Heather

Well...I just got back from preaching at a women's rehab centre. It was heaps fun...I got to sing in the worship team and then I got to preach. I thought it went really well. I had a lot of fun doing it and I hope the women gained something from it.

My adventure yesterday was fun. We went to Newcastle Beach, which is about 45 minutes from the school and just spent the day taking photos and stuff. What really bites though is that I ripped my favorite jeans on a rock:( But I got so many good pictures!

Soon I have to go to bed because I am so tired. Also...my friend Matt wants me to let you guys know to check out the link to his blog...and comment on it cuz he says he's a better blogger than me! But I know he's not!

I Have A Day Off!

Well...It's 8:30 am on a Monday and My whole class is still sleeping! As usual I can't sleep in when I have the chance! If it were a day when I had class I would not want to get out of bed, but seeing as I have nothing to do...I couldn't sleep past 6:30.

Oh well what can you do? Yesterday was an interesting day. I went to a Youth Service at a corps about a half hour drive from the school. It was good. We had a lot of fun and we are leading the service there next week. Tomorrow I am preaching at a Women's Home. So that should be good. I am preaching one of the other girls is leading, one of the other's is giving her testimony and the other girl is running my powerpoint for my sermon.

Well...I should go find something useful to do now! We are going on an adventure at 11:00am I can't wait to find out what we are doing cuz it's down on the shedule as a surprise! Yeah!

Thought It Was About Time I Got Into The World Of Technology!

Hey Everyone...

Well...since blogging seems to be the way to go these days, I thought I try it too! I'll keep you up to date on all my adventures in Australia!

I've never blogged before...so I can't really think of much to say! It's my day off so I've been sort of lounging all day and I started looking at Jenn Power and Zoe's Blogs and discovered that I'm like the only one not blogging! Therefore I have decided to join you all and give it a go!
